writing has a very calming effect.
i need to remember that more often
it's just me, the words, and the screen upon which the text is rendering

i've been thinking about calmly writing this text for a few minutes now.
i thought up approximately what i'd say while i was brushing my teeth
(including all of This)
i thought about what i'd say right up until around........ here.
but now i'm out of pre-planned words.
gotta come up with something new {{{calmly}}}

i just need to stay clam.
calm
fuck

calmly talk me through it.
calmly bring me down through this.
calmly describe the way that the dust on my windowsill needs to be cleaned.
calmly sit, content with a lack of internet-induced stimuli,
and tell me about your day of calm calm walking and talking

.....please?
do it for me, thanks

this certainly helps.
i'm out here, sitting on a chair in the depths of outer space, freaking the fuck out.
and yet, we're slowly calming down.
just gotta keep writing

write to stay calm,
(or so it goez goes shit)

still so calm.....
could be the tiredness.
could be the writing.
it's extremely probable that it's some combination of both.
for the longer you freak out, the calmer you'll be when you eventually get sleepy.
and the better the writing about said sleepiness will be
(or so the sleep man told me)

sleep can
sleep man
sleep when you feel sleepy
      or something like that

(so sleepy)
